Fallen Federal (Union)Ancestors
National Cemetary in Chattanooga is the resting place of my g-g-uncle Timothy Joseph Mitchel(L).He and his brother George Washington Mitchel(l)both served on the Federal side. Their younger brother_my direct ancestor_ luckily was too young to serve & survived the war years. Bradley Co TN was about evenly divided between Confederate & Union sympathizers during the Civil War.

7 1/2 Habits of Lifelong Learners.
Coworkers & Fellow Learners, I've sure had a chance since staff development to think in depth about learning skills or lack of such on my part. I have confidence in my learning ability or I wouldn't have completed an about face to leave the medical laboratory, my primary vocation choice, to get a job in the library field. That being said, my most challenging area would be using technology to my advantage. The proof being this is my very first blog &Ive only learned to burn cds in the last year. Enough said.
